This is a draft map of broadband map displays services available as of December 31, 2012 - including cable, DSL, fiber optic and fixed and mobile wireless services - but not including statewide satellite coverage. Service area boundaries were acquired from 31 service providers and modified based on feedback from communities, but have not yet been verified by other sources and should be used as an estimate only.

This map is the result of an ongoing federal program to collect, verify and map broadband availability information and will be updated every 6 months to improve accuracy and capture changes in service availability. The information on this map will also be reflected in the FCC National Broadband Map.

This map is distributed "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of suitability to any particular purpose or use and is intended for use only at the published scale.

Why is this map beta & not final?

This mapping program is voluntary. Thus, this map is the result of data collected from providers that have agreed to participate in the program. Since there are still providers not included on this map, including satellite providers, it is not yet final.
